Incredible value for money compared to other properties, and spotless. Everything was really fantastic - accommodating stuff and a very well decorated room. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from an art gallery. Breakfast was scrumptious and hot with slices of fresh bread, eggs and meats.

We had a quite comfortable experience here. Iconic hotel, central location close to all shops, exceptional staff, nice bar area. All in all everything was lovely, though we had quite small bathroom.

i had a really enjoyable stay here, incredible value for money. really very good location, beautifully decorated hotel and huge room. superb view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. hospitable service was provided here too. close to restaurants and bars.

This nice little hotel was great value as contrasted with other options. Very special location to explore Dundee and excellent service. Staff were VERY ENGAGING, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to downtown. The staff created a cosy atmosphere. Beautiful garden and lovely pool.
